All you need to play this game is an open space, 4 total players, a bouncing ball with a 12-inch circumference and 3.8-inch diameter, and a trampoline set with a 3 feet diameter and a height of 8 inches.
Similar to volleyball, players can take up to three alternating touches at a time – receive, set or spike – with the objective being to hit a shot down onto the trampoline net that the opposing team is unable to return.
