It has been a tough few month for everyone with the Covid-19 Pandemic. Singapore has gone through a circuit breaker in April and a period of safe re-opening (phase 1) in June. As a nation we currently in a period of safe transition (phase 2), where areas like retail, sports facilities, and schools have begun to open up again. We would like to introduce the safest physical activities we have here at Edusportsingapore:

1. Archery Tag

Archery Tag equips participants with special foam-tipped arrows (100% safe & painless). It can be played both indoors and outdoors. 2. Group exercises (Zumba/Yoga/Kpopx-Fitness)

Group exercises are a good way to get the body moving while maintaining that all important safe distancing. You can take part in these activities in small groups while at least 1m apart. Dancing to the latest K-pop hits or being zen with Yoga is a good way to get a good workout while not compromising on safety.
